The Woodbridge subdivision is located off of Robinwood Drive, not far from the Hagerstown Community College (HCC) and Meritus Medical Center.
This neighborhood consists of 154 parcels. The lot sizes range from 0.23 acres up to 0.67 acres. These homes were built between 1997 and 2020.
All of these homes have garages, all but 10 have basements.
12 have pools and a lot of them do have brick fronts.
There does appear to be three lots left in this neighborhood without homes.
The square footage of the existing homes range from 1790 square feet to 5501 finished square feet.
Only one home has sold for less than $250,000 since 2019. The average list price in 2020 was around $375,000 and the sold prices range from $278,000 up to $583900 also in 2020. The most expensive home that has sold in this neighborhood was $817,640 back in 2007.
At the time of this recording this neighborhood does not have an HOA.
NOTE: As you can see when you are driving through the neighborhood, if you hang a right when you first go in, you can see that there are town homes on the right-hand side. Those are 115 individual rental town homes. Although they are in the neighborhood they are not part of this subdivision.
